Some states have real problems
I've noticed that while states are making progress in terms of legalizing marijuana and freeing the cannabis plant to be used by the people for their own enjoyment/needs, there are still some states that seem to be stuck in the dark ages.
It seems Texas is in the news a lot lately, We've all heard of the guy who could get life in prison for pot brownies.
